1 Introduction

Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using the details of another person, or by any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iCinta88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit balances, and permanently ban the individual involved.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To become a Member, you must complete the iCinta88 registration form accurately and in full, providing true and current information including your legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and contact number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's details when registering.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. iCinta88 strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you report a security breach to our support team.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You are obliged to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, or payment method details must be reported to iCinta88 support and may require additional identity verification. iCinta88 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

iCinta88 may request identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or valid passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

iCinta88 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank), as well as cryptocurrency deposits including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All payment channels are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at iCinta88 is RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment method.

5.3 Deposit Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies (including cryptocurrency) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by iCinta88 at the time of deposit. iCinta88 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. iCinta88 reserves the right to request verification of fund ownership at any time. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be rejected and returned, less any applicable processing fees.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the iCinta88 account. Before processing any withdrawal, iCinta88 requires that: (a) the Member's KYC verification is fully approved; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits; and (d) the account is in good standing with no active security or compliance flags.

6.2 Processing Times

iCinta88 commits to processing withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — under 5 minutes for verified accounts; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 30 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes. These times are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand or for security reviews.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, per week, or per month, and may vary by membership tier and payment method. Members are advised to consult their account dashboard for current applicable withdrawal limits.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated bonus-derived winnings. Real Money Balance is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC approval.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only. iCinta88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for and the terms of any welcome bonus at its sole discretion.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly communicated in each promotion's specific terms. Indicative wagering requirement multiples range from 10× to 35× of the bonus amount. Game contribution rates vary: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%.

7.4 Bonus Restrictions

7.5 Bonus Abuse

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

iCinta88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a wager exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity concerns; (c) an error in odds pricing has occurred; or (d) the system has accepted a wager that should not have been made available due to a technical error.

8.2 Odds Errors

In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, iCinta88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. iCinta88 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. What constitutes a "clearly erroneous" price is determined by iCinta88 with reference to prevailing market prices at the time the bet was placed.

8.3 Abandonment and Voidance

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with iCinta88's specific sport-by-sport betting rules. In general, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of its originally scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.

8.4 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness and compliance. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each hand, spin, or draw conducted by the live dealer. iCinta88 accepts no liability for any technical errors occurring within third-party game software.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iCinta88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Member accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technology to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;

• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using insider information, match-fixing arrangements, or other integrity-compromising means to influence betting outcomes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing iCinta88 staff or other Members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools, account restrictions, or self-exclusion measures;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 iCinta88's Rights

iCinta88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) the Member's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to iCinta88.

10.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure: Real Money Balance (funds not subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings accumulated during a period of suspected prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
